Tropical Smoothie

This yummy smoothie formula is great for feeling invigorated on warm summer evenings. 

Ingredients

 

  • 3 cups of milk
  • 2 cups of ready pineapple lumps
  • 2 cups of new lychee, little pieces
  • ½ cup new coconut milk
  • 3 to 4 tbsp of whipped cream
  • 4 to 5 tbsp of sugar
  • Ice, as required

 Method

 

  • Take the pineapple and lychee lumps in a blender and mix them well.
  • Add the coconut milk and sugar and mix to make a smooth glue.
  • Add the milk and ice and mix for a couple of moments.
  • Move it into a glass and trimming with whipped cream.
  • Serve chilled.

 

Kesar kheer

This treat formula is great for family parties. Here is the formula of kesar kheer. You can make it in the blink of an eye

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ liter of milk
  • 1 cup rice, washed and absorbed water
  • ½ tsp of kesar blended in a large portion of some milk
  • ½ cup of almonds, hacked
  • ½ cup of pistachios, cleaved
  • ¼ cup of cashew nuts
  • Hardly any drops of yellow food tone
  • 1 cup of sugar

Method

  • Take milk in a weighty lined vessel and carry it to bubble.
  • Bring down the fire, add the drenched rice and cook it uncovered for 20-25 minutes. Continue to mix persistently.
  • Add every one of the nuts and cook for an additional 20 minutes on low hotness.
  • Add the food tone, doused kesar, and sugar. Cook for one more 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Switch off the fire and let it come to room temperature.
  • Keep it in the fridge and permit the kheer to cool.
  • Decorate with cut almonds. Serve chilled.

Bread Pudding

This is a very simple sweet dish made with milk. You can make it for your family or guests. To make bread pudding, you can also use condensed milk in place of whole milk.

Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 whole wheat bread slices
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 4 to 5 tbsp of sugar
  • ½ cups of almonds, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp of unsalted butter

Procedure

  • Spread some butter on both the sides of the bread slices.
  • Heat a non-stick pan and roast the slices until crispy.
  • Heat the milk in another pan and reduce it to half.
  • Add the sugar and almonds.
  • Place the bread slices in a baking dish and pour milk over them.
  • Preheat an oven 180 degrees then bake the bread slices for 6 to 8 minutes.
  • Chill in the refrigerator.
  • Garnish with almonds before serving.

Nutty Milk

This nutritious milk recipe is great to beat the cold winters to keep you warm.

Ingredients

  • 1 litre of milk
  • 2 tbsp of poppy seeds
  • 2 tbsp of almonds
  • 4 to 5 deseeded dried dates, chopped
  • 1 tsp of whole black pepper
  • 4 to 5 green cardamom
  • 1 tsp ghee

Procedure

  • Soak the poppy seeds, almonds, black pepper, and cardamom in warm water for some time. Take all these ingredients in a blender and blend them to make a smooth paste.
  • Heat some gheein a kadhai and roast the paste for a few minutes. Add the milk and dates. Boil the milk over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Add the sugar and stir well.
  • Serve hot.

Thandai

This cold beverage recipe is ideal for beating the summer heat.

Ingredients

  • 500 ml of milk
  • ½ cup of almonds
  • 1 tbsp of watermelon seeds
  • 1 tbsp of melon seeds
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • Sugar to taste
  • Ice, as required

Procedure

  • Soak the almonds, watermelon seeds and melon seeds in warm water for 10 minutes.
  • Take them in a blender and make a smooth paste by adding some milk.
  • Add the cardamom powder, milk, sugar and ice, and blend again.
  • Serve chilled.
