This yummy smoothie formula is great for feeling invigorated on warm summer evenings.
Ingredients
- 3 cups of milk
- 2 cups of ready pineapple lumps
- 2 cups of new lychee, little pieces
- ½ cup new coconut milk
- 3 to 4 tbsp of whipped cream
- 4 to 5 tbsp of sugar
- Ice, as required
Method
- Take the pineapple and lychee lumps in a blender and mix them well.
- Add the coconut milk and sugar and mix to make a smooth glue.
- Add the milk and ice and mix for a couple of moments.
- Move it into a glass and trimming with whipped cream.
- Serve chilled.
