Tropical Smoothie

This yummy smoothie formula is great for feeling invigorated on warm summer evenings. 



  • 3 cups of milk
  • 2 cups of ready pineapple lumps
  • 2 cups of new lychee, little pieces
  • ½ cup new coconut milk
  • 3 to 4 tbsp of whipped cream
  • 4 to 5 tbsp of sugar
  • Ice, as required



  • Take the pineapple and lychee lumps in a blender and mix them well.
  • Add the coconut milk and sugar and mix to make a smooth glue.
  • Add the milk and ice and mix for a couple of moments.
  • Move it into a glass and trimming with whipped cream.
  • Serve chilled.
