Kesar kheer

This treat formula is great for family parties. Here is the formula of kesar kheer. You can make it in the blink of an eye


  • 1 ½ liter of milk
  • 1 cup rice, washed and absorbed water
  • ½ tsp of kesar blended in a large portion of some milk
  • ½ cup of almonds, hacked
  • ½ cup of pistachios, cleaved
  • ¼ cup of cashew nuts
  • Hardly any drops of yellow food tone
  • 1 cup of sugar


  • Take milk in a weighty lined vessel and carry it to bubble.
  • Bring down the fire, add the drenched rice and cook it uncovered for 20-25 minutes. Continue to mix persistently.
  • Add every one of the nuts and cook for an additional 20 minutes on low hotness.
  • Add the food tone, doused kesar, and sugar. Cook for one more 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Switch off the fire and let it come to room temperature.
  • Keep it in the fridge and permit the kheer to cool.
  • Decorate with cut almonds. Serve chilled.
